BIOGRAPHY

Tommy LeRoy is one of the founding members of Go Comedy! and it’s current Producing Artistic Director. Starting his professional theater career at the Second City Detroit as the Touring Company Stage Manager, he has worked at numerous theaters in the Detroit area as well as the Stage Manager, opening the Second City Cleveland. From the years at Planet Ant to Meadowbrook and the Gem to the Purple Rose he had had the pleasure to work with many very talented individuals and teams. Having had the chance to perform as the Snuggle bear for a series of music video greetings, he ticked the “perform a Henson Co. puppet” off the bucket list. You can see him in his garage shop most nights trying to find a new way to make something that will hopefully make you laugh or at a Toy show buying back his childhood memories or making something cool.

I may have told him to help make his desk, more than he offered to help make his desk, but we had a great time designing, building and installing his workspace in the craft room. Next up is to finish his Arc light and get some more pegboard holders p
