It has been 10 years since the children from the small town of Armonk have seen their friend Frosty the Snowman. Now they are home from college, on winter break, during the first snow fall of the season. Frosty returns from the North Pole to find the kids have grown up into young adults, and things are not quite as simple as they once were.
